1. By furnishing a copy of the order dated 13[th] July, 2015
passed by the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack, it is submitted at the bar that the Review Petition being R.P.21(C) of 2000 (renumbered as RVWPET (RPC) No.21 of 2000) had already been disposed of along with batch matter by the said Tribunal in O.A. No.2559(C) of 1999 in the case of Kasidev Maharana vrs. State of Odisha and others, etc. etc.
2. Mr. Manoj Kumar Khuntia, learned Addl. Government Advocate has verified the said order and has affirmed aforesaid submission.
3. In such view of the matter, no order is necessary to be passed separately in this case. This matter be treated as closed vide order dated 13[th] July, 2015 passed by the learned Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in the above referred case.
