ORAL JUDGEMENT Present revision has been filed by the State against the order passed by the Court below dated 23-5-1991 whereby the court below has discharged the present respondents-original accused before framing the charge. Though rule was issued, time and again it could not be served till this date. No steps have been taken by the petitioner either in serving the respondents or in providing the correct address.
