ORAL JUDGEMENT

The Labour Court has passed an order in the Recovery Application for a sum of Rs. 5,776.30 ps. on account of leave encashment on retirement. The Labour Court held that the leave was due to the workman and therefore the workman was entitled to encashment of leave on retirement. There is no infirmity in the findings of the Labour Court and hence this petition is dismissed. Rule is discharged.
