Mr. H.K. Tripathy, learned counsel for the OSRTC is present.

The matter pertains to release of pension, arrear dues and other retirement benefits in favour of the petitioner.

The petitioner has retired w.e.f. 30.04.1998 after attaining the age of 58 years. Needless to say that if the amount has not been paid, amount will carry statutory interest if admissible under rule.

If, however, the amount has already been released there is no need for further exercis e.

If any amount will be disputed on any grounds whatsoever, same shall be communicated to the petitioner by passing reasoned order within the period aforesaid.
