The petitioner files this application seeking to quash the select list submitted by the General Manager of DIC, Puri dated 4.9.1997 vide Annexure-3. It appears that the said select list contains the persons selected to avail loan from the Indian Overseas Bank under the Prime Ministers Rozgar Yojana, 1997-98. The select list having been made in 1997 and in the meantime 18 years have elapsed, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ application. Accordingly, the same is dismissed.
