2. By way of the present application preferred through jail,the applicant-convict has prayed to release him on parole onthe ground of attending post death ritual of his uncle .
3. Considering the last period of release of the applicant, nocase is made out to entertain the present application seekingparole leave. Hence, the present application stands rejected.Rule is discharged.
