This appeal by the claimants-appellants is directed against the judgment/award dated 20.11.2015, passed by the 1st Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Cuttack, in MAC Case No.343 of 2012, awarding an amount of Rs.41,37,856/- as compensation along with interest @ 7% per annum, from the date of filing of the claim application i.e.18.06.2012, till payment. The claimants seek enhancement of the compensation amount. In view of the order passed today in the connected appeal filed by the Insurance Company, i.e., MACA No.1079 of 2016, this appeal of the claimants is dismissed.
