Heard learned counsel for the parties. Considering the reasons stated in the misc. case, the same is allowed. The expressions Misc. Case No.48 of 2000 mentioned in the 6th and 7th paragraphs of the order dated 21.8.2007 be read as Misc. Case No.45 of 2000. Similarly, the expression W.P.(C) No.6844 of 2007 be read as O.J.C. No.6844 of 2001. The rest part of the said order shall remain unaltered.

The misc. case is disposed of.
