1. Nobody is present to press this matter. Otherwise also I.A.No.1337 of 2021 is not entertainable, which is rejected accordingly. If there is still survival of any cause of action, it is open for the petitioner to initiate a contempt proceeding. In view of the above, no order is required to be passed in I.A.No.1336 of 2021, which is also disposed of accordingly.
