District Judge, Rourkela in Title Appeal No.2 of 1996 and thereby confirm the judgment and decree dated 23.02.1996 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Rourkela in Title Suit No.29 of 1987. 3. None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. 4. Since this is an old case of the year 2000 and none is there to prosecute the matter, this Court is not inclined to adjourn this matter any further. 5.
