ORAL JUDGEMENT

#. Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, and going through the contents of the special civil application, I am of considered opinion that the petitioners have to approach for grievances made in this special civil application to the Pay Anomalies Committee constituted by the State of Gujarat, Finance Department, Sachivalaya, Gandhinagar, under its Resolution No.PGR-1098-34-M dated 20th May, 1998.

#. The learned counsel for the respondents also submitted that these are the matters on which the Pay Anomalies Committee is working and the petitioners have to approach that Committee.

#. As a result of this discussion, the special civil application is disposed of in the terms that the petitioners may approach to the Pay Anomalies Committee constituted under the aforesaid Resolution of the Government. In case the committee does not entertain their representation or where it does not make recommendation in favour of the petitioners or where though the recommendations are made in favour of the petitioners but not accepted by the Government, liberty is granted to the petitioners to apply for revival of special civil application by filing a simple note. Rule and special civil application stand disposed of accordingly in the terms aforesaid with no order as to costs.
