ORAL JUDGEMENT
There is a consensus that, after prolonged negotiations, the parties have come to an amicable settlement. The broad terms are also agreed upon. However, on account of the respondent being abroad, the settlement is yet to be reduced to writing and the payment thereunder is yet to be made. The main condition for full and final settlement of all disputes between the parties, in lieu of reinstatement and all other legal dues, is that a sum of Rs.7.5 lacs is agreed to be paid by the petitioner to the respondent.
2. In view of the above understanding and consensus, the petition is sought to be withdrawn at this stage with liberty to apply in case of difficulty. Accordingly, the petition is permitted to be withdrawn and stands disposed as withdrawn with liberty to the parties to apply in case of difficulty. Rule is discharged with no order as to costs.
