Mr. Shah, learned advocate for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the petitions. He submitted that for the disputed amount, under 'Kar Vivadh Samadhan Scheme', certificates are issued by the authorities. Xerox copies of the certificates and other documents produced by the learned advocate are ordered to be taken on record.

Petitioners are permitted to withdraw the aforesaid petitions. Rule is discharged. No order as to costs. It appears that first set of SCA No. 10552/93 is not placed by the office before the Court.
