Mr.M.A.Bukhari, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, places on record the report of the Police Inspector, Anand Town Police Station alongwith the statements of the witnesses and the complaint and states that the respondent Vaghjibhai Somabhai Damor was released on temporary bail and during his temporary bail he has died on account of homicidal death on 24-2-1992. In view of this the appeal is abated. It stands disposed of as having been abated. ************
