CORAM:

JUSTICE K.R. MOHAPATRA

ORDER

24.12.2021

Order No.

1.

1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The Petitioners in this CMP seek for a direction to the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Dhamnagar for early disposal of C.S. No. 24 of 2017.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that the matter was posted to 10[th] January, 2018 for ex parte hearing.

Again on 11[th] January, 2018, P.W. 1 was examined and Exts. 1 to 7 were admitted into evidence, but, thereafter, learned trial court is not proceeding with the matter.

4. On perusal of the order sheet, it appears that since 17[th]December, 2018 learned counsel for the parties are not taking any step in the matter.

5. In that view of the matter, I am not inclined to grant the prayer made in this CMP.

6. This CMP is accordingly disposed of.

7. The Petitioners are at liberty to cooperate with the learned trial court for early disposal of the suit.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
