It is stated that the order dated 11.08.2017 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.6755 of 2016 has not yet been complied with.

Let the opposite party comply with the same, if not complied with in the meantime, within a period of two months from the date of communication/production of certified copy of this order by the petitioner.

Contempt proceeding is disposed of accordingly.

Requisites for communication of this order shall be filed within three days.

Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
