CORAM:

JUSTICE K.R. MOHAPATRA

ORDER

Order No.

23.12.2022

1. 1.

This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The Petitioner in this writ petition seeks to assail the order dated 11[th] May, 2022 (Annexure-4) passed by Sub-Registrar, Odagaon refusing registration of the sale deed executed in favour of the Petitioner in Refusal Memo No.2 of 2022.

3. Since the Petitioner has a remedy under Section 72 of the Registration Act, 1908 to file appeal before the District Registrar against the order under Annexure-4, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.
