3. It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this Writ Petition is analogous to W.P.(C) No. 17023 of 2012 (Chandra Shekar Sahoo V. State of Odisha and Ors), which has been dismissed by this Court, vide order dated 07.04.2022.

4. Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the order dated 07.04.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No. 17023 of 2012 (Chandra Shekar Sahoo V. State of Odisha and Ors), this writ petition stands dismissed in terms of the said order.
