ORAL JUDGEMENT

Under the interim order passed by this court while admitting this petition on 29.11.1988 the petitioner has already been appointed on the post of Driver-cum-Mechanic and by now he is retired from service.

In that view of the matter, learned counsel Shri Joshi for the petitioner and Mr.Nanavati for the respondent-Municipality were right in submitting that this petition has practically become infructuous. Rule discharged with no order as to costs.
