1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State.

3. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in connection with Ranpur P.S. Case No.252 of 2022 corresponding to G.R. Case No.384 of 2022 pending in the Court of the learned JMFC, Ranpur for the alleged commission of offence under sections 341/294/323/354-B/379/506/34 of IPC. 4. It is alleged that the petitioners abused the informant in obscene language and also outraged her modesty.

5. Considering the nature of accusations and also the materials on record, while not being inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners, the ABLAPL is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioners to surrender before the Court below within two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and to move for bail. In such event, they shall be released on bail on such terms and conditions as the Court below may deem fit and proper to impose.

6. The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

7. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
