CIVIL APPEAL 24812 of 2017 on 8 December 2018

ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. by the petitioners/respondents seeking to quash the proceedings in D.V.C.No.111 of 2017 on the file of Court of I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada.

2. None appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. At the time of hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that D.V.C.No.111 of 2017 was disposed of on 08.12.2018 as the matter was settled between the parties before Lok Adalat, and filed a copy of e-Courts case status, to that effect.

4. In that view of the matter, nothing survives in keeping the petition pending for adjudication. Therefore, recording the submission of the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

5. Pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
