ORDER:-
This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/A-2 under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 to quash the proceedings in F.I.R.No.319 of 2018, dated 02.11.2018, on the file of Nandigama Police Station, Krishna District. The offence alleged is under Section 420 I.P.C.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor states across the bar that the police investigated into the case and filed charge sheet and hence, the Criminal Petition has become infructuous.
3. Recording the same, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
