ORDER:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:
“to issue a Writ or order more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ declaring the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in insisting the petitioner to get No objection certificate from the respondents 4 to 6 with regard to the property i.e., land admeasuring an extent of Ac. 0.56 cents in Survey No. 136/7 and an extent of Ac. 0.50 cents in Survey No. 136/8 of Mulukuduru Village, Ponnur Mandal, Guntur District even though it is not necessary and required as illegal, arbitrary, unjustified and contrary to the law settled by this Honble Court and consequently to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to receive and process the document submitted by the petitioner by duly following the procedure contemplated under law and to pass such other order or orders as this Honble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and pass such other order..”
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue submitted that the issue involved in this petition is squarely covered by the orders of this Court in W.P.No.33598 of 2014, dated 10.11.2014.
3. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the order in W.P.No.33598 of 2014, dated 10.11.2014. There shall be no order as to costs.
4. Consequently, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
5. The Registry is directed to attach a copy of the order in W.P.No.33598 of 2014, dated 10.11.2014 to this order.
