ORDER :
The instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed by the Petitioner/Accused, seeking quashment of the proceedings against him in C.C.No.796 of 2019 on the file of the Court of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Vizianagaram.
2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the petition may be disposed of since the case was ended in conviction before the trial Court on 21.12.2023.
3. Ms. K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the State/Respondent No.1 is in attendance.
4. In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed since the relief has become infructuous.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
