ORDER:
Today, when the petition came up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has informed this Court that pending the present petition, after due investigation, Police have filed a charge sheet and sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to challenge the charge sheet filed.
Permission as sought for is accorded. This petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in the Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
