ORDER:
The present writ petition is filed in withholding the payment of amount of Rs.13,30,500/- even after finalizing the bills, payable to the petitioner for the execution of the work.
2. Both the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondents conjointly represented that the respondents have paid the amount for the execution of the work to the petitioner and prayed to close the writ petition as nothing survives to adjudicate the matter.
3. In view of the said representation of the learned counsel on both sides, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
