ORDER:

1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

2. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition, in short, is that despite making Meeseva application dated 06.7.2022 seeking deletion of the petitioners property in an extent of Acs.8.22 cents in survey No.3 of Kondapalli Village, Prathipadu Mandal under Section 22-A(1) of the Registration Act from the Prohibited Properties List, no action has been taken by the respondent Nos.2 to 4 so far.

3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on the other hand, fairly submits that the application filed by the petitioner for deletion of the subject matter property is pending and if any time-limit is fixed, the concerned Authority i.e., the 2[nd] respondent considers the application and pass appropriate orders thereon.

4. In view of the above submission, without going into merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2[nd] respondent to consider the petitioner’s application dated 06.7.2022 for deletion of the subject matter property from the Prohibited Properties List strictly in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
