ORDER:
1. The present Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the Order dated 19.04.2022 passed in I.A.No.263 of 2022 in O.S.No.219 of 2018 by the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Narasaraopet.
2. At the time of hearing, Sri T.V.Jaggi Reddy, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the suit in O.S.No.219 of 2018 was decreed with costs on 28.12.2022 and nothing survives for adjudication in this Revision. A copy of case status of the suit in e-Courts is also placed on record.
3. Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, as infructuous.
There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
