ORDER:
1. The present Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the Order dated 04.07.2022 passed in I.A.No.99 of 2022 in O.S.No.390 of 2017 by the I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Tenali.
2. At the time of hearing, Sri A.Venkata Durga Rao, learned counsel for the Petitioner(s) submits that the suit in O.S.No.390 of 2017 was settled before Lok Adalath on 09.12.2023 and nothing survives for adjudication in this Revision. A copy of case status of the suit in e-Courts is also placed on record.
3. Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, as infructuous.
There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
