ORDER:
No representation for the petitioner today when the matter is called.
2. The petitioner is challenging the non-consideration of orders of the 1[st]respondent dated 25.10.2013, 20.11.2013, and 16.12.2023 for issuing renewal orders for one year and also seeks a direction to the respondents No.2 to 6 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 13.12.2013.
3. This Court vide order dated 21.03.2014, directed the respondents No.3 to 43 to permit the petitioner to carry on its outsourcing operations without insisting of production of continuity orders as long as the outsourcing contract subsisting staff. The outsourcing contract refers to the year 2013 and 2014. The writ petition has out limit its purpose.
4. As such, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in the Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
