ORDER:
1. The present Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the Order dated 23.01.2020 passed in I.A.No.1153 of 2019 in O.S.No.178 of 2018 by the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Bapatla.
2. As per the case status in e-Courts (CIS) furnished by the District Judiciary vide letter in Dis.No.6924/2024, dated 21.12.2024, the suit O.S.No.178 of 2018 was decreed with costs on 09.09.2022. In view of the same, no orders are required to be passed in this Revision.
3. The Civil Revision Petition is therefore dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
