ORDER:-
This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/complainant under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Podili to dispose of the complaint bearing C.F.R.No.3425 of 2015 as early as possible.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the 2[nd] respondent – State and perused the material placed on record.
3. It is to be noted here that originally, the private complaint filed by the petitioner before the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Podili was dismissed on 22.02.2015 and subsequently, on revision vide Crl.R.P.No.39 of 2016, the same was allowed on 05.10.2017 by the learned VI Additional District and Sessions Judge, Markapur.
4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and taking into consideration that the complainant is aged about 71 years, this Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the trial Court to dispose of the complaint bearing C.F.R.No.3425 of 2015as early as possible in accordance with law.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
