ORDER:-
Though this court has passed conditional order on 23.12.2022, stating that no further time will be granted on the next date of hearing, today, none appears for the petitioner. It seems that the petitioner has no interest in pursuing the matter further. Without any assistance this court cannot adjudicate the matter.
Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
