ORDER:
1. The present Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the Order dated 01.08.2023 passed in I.A.No.283 of 2023 in O.S.No.310 of 2018 by the Additional Senior Civil Judge, Narasaraopet, Guntur District.
2. As per the case status in e-Courts (CIS) furnished by the District Judiciary vide letter in Dis.No.6924/2024, dated 21.12.2024, the suit O.S.No.310 of 2018 was dismissed with costs on 02.08.2024. In view of the same, no orders are required to be passed in this Revision.
3. The Civil Revision Petition is therefore dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
