Briefly, the grievance of the petitioners in this writ petitionis thatthe petitioners herein madea representation, dated 06.07.2024 to therespondents for removal of illegal encroachmentand protection of roadmargin abutting to petitioners’ house siteproperty bearing D.No. 10-60,constructed in plot admeasuring 152square yards covered by Sy.No.591of Korisapadu Village and Mandaliin Bapatia District, undertaken by therespondents 8 to 18 but so far the respondentsare notinitiated anythe petitioners herein madea representation, dated 06.07.2024 to therespondents for removal of illegal encroachmentand protection of roadmargin abutting to petitioners’ house siteproperty bearing D.No. 10-60,constructed in plot admeasuring 152square yards covered by Sy.No.591of Korisapadu Village and Mandaliin Bapatia District, undertaken by therespondents 8 to 18 but so far the respondentsare notinitiated any action on the same. Hence, sought a direction to the respondents 6 and 7i.e.theExecutiveAuthority cumPanchayatSecretary,RavinuthalaVillage, Korisapa Mandal and the Extension Officer, Panchayat Raj &Rural Development, Korisapadu Mandal, Bapatia District to dispose of therepresentation made by the petitioner within a stipulated period.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents agreed to dispose[of][ the][ writ]petition with the said direction.petition with the said direction.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for thepetitioner, without going into merits of the case, the Courtis inclined todispose of the writ petition directing the respondents 6 and 7i.e., theExecutiveAuthoritycumPanchayatSecretary,RavinuthalaVillage,Korisapa Mandal and the ExtensionOfficer, PanchayatRaj&RuralDevelopment,KorisapaduMandal,BapatiaDistricttoexaminetherepresentation,dated06.07.2024 madebythepetitionerandpassappropriate ordersin accordance withlaw and communicate thesaiddecision to the petitioner herein within a period of two weeks from thedate of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. Accordingly, the Writ Petitionis disposedof. Thereshallbenoorder as to costs.
