ORDER:
1. The present Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the Order dated 10.03.2023 passed in E.P.No.63 of 2019 in O.S.No.257 of 2010 by the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Tenali, Guntur District.
2. As per the case status in e-Courts (CIS) furnished by the District Judiciary vide letter in Dis.No.6924/2024, dated 21.12.2024, the delivery warrant was executed on 02.05.2023 and the petition schedule property delivered to the Decree Holder. Consequently, the E.P was terminated by the trial Court. In view of the same, no cause survives for adjudication in this Revision.
3. The Civil Revision Petition is therefore dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
