ORDER:
1. The present Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the Order dated 05.08.2022 passed in I.A.No.855 of 2014 in A.S.No.194 of 2012 by the II Additional District Judge, Guntur.
2. At the time of hearing, Sri K.H.V.Siva Kumar, learned counsel for the Petitioner(s) submits that the cause does not survive for adjudication in this Revision in view of the disposal of the suit in A.S.No.194 of 2012 on 28.06.2024 and case status of the suit in e-Courts is also placed on record.
3. Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, as infructuous.
There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
