ORDER:-
This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/A-1 to A-3 under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 to quash the proceedings in F.I.R.No.255 of 2019, dated 16.09.2019, of Bapatla Town Police Station, Guntur District. The offences alleged are under Sections 328, 420, 270 and 273 I.P.C. and Sections 56 and 63 of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners so also the learned Public Prosecutor submits that the issue involved in the present case is squarely covered by the common order, dated 18.12.2019, of this Court in Criminal Petition No.5421 of 2019 and batch. He placed on record copy of the said order.
4. Since the issue involved in the present case is identical to the common order passed in Criminal Petition No.5421 of 2019 and batch, following the said order and in terms thereof, this Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings against the petitioners/A-1 to A-3 in F.I.R.No.255 of 2019, dated 16.09.2019, of Bapatla Town Police Station, Guntur Districtare hereby quashed.
5. Registry shall enclose a copy of the common order, dated 18.12.2019, of this Court in Criminal Petition No.5421 of 2019 and batch to this order.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
