ORDER:
Since the proceedings in the suit got terminated by disposal on 02.07.2024, whereas the present revision petition was filed against the order dated 02.11.2023 passed in I.A.No.493 of 2023 in O.S. No.220 of 2010 by the Additional Senior Civil Judge’s Court, Tenali, Guntur, the relief sought in the present revision petition has become infructuous.
2. No representation for the petitioner.
3. Accordingly, the revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
There shall be no order as to costs.
