ORDER:

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

2. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition, in short, is that despite making application in Form 6-A on 08.6.2022 seeking mutation of the petitioner’s name in the Revenue records by updating the name of the petitioner in Online Web Portal and issue Pattadar Pass Books and Title Deeds (PPBs/TDs) in respect of the lands in Survey Nos.181/2A (Acs.7.11 cents) and 181/2B (Acs.3.39

cents) situated at Basavapuram Village, Kurnool Mandal, no steps have been taken by the respondents so far.

3. As the application of the petitioner is required to be considered by the 4[th] respondent, this Court, without going into the merits of the matter, is inclined to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the 4[th] respondent to take necessary action on the petitioner’s recent application dated 08.6.2022 strictly in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
