ORDER:
1. The present Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the Order dated 25.01.2022 passed in E.A.No.34 of 2019 in E.P.No.34 of 2018 in O.S.No.128 of 2017 by the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Mangalagiri.
2. At the time of hearing, Sri Ch.Markondaiah, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that E.P.No.34 of 2018 was dismissed as infructuous on 03.01.2024 and nothing survives for adjudication in this Revision. A copy of case status of the case in e-Courts is also placed on record.
3. Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, as infructuous.
There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
