ORDER:
These criminal petitions are filed by the petitioners/Accused under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short “Cr.P.C.”) to quash the proceedings in Crime No.305 of 2020 pending on the file of Kothavalasa Police Station, Vizianagaram District; Crime No.428 of 2020 pending on the file of Badvel(U) Police Station, YSR Kadapa District; Crime No.259 of 2020 pending on the file of Bhimadole Police Station, West Godavari District; Crime No.197 of 2020 pending on the file of U Kothapalli Police Station, East Godavari District; Crime No.59 of 2020 pending on the file of Cherukupalli Police Station, Guntur District; Crime No.230 of 2020 pending on the file of Vinukonda Town Police Station, Guntur District; Crime No.545 of 2020 pending on the file of Nawabpet Police Station, SPSR Nellore District and charge sheet in C.C. No.1180 of 2019 on the file of the learned Additional Junior Civil Judge cum Judicial First Class Magistrate, Mangalagiri.
Learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh submit that the issues involved in these petitions are squarely covered by the order of this Court in Criminal Petition No.3731 of 2018 and batch dated 27.08.2018.
In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh, these Criminal Petitions also stand allowed in terms of the said order. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
The Registry is directed to attach a copy of the order in Crl.P.No.3731 of 2018 and batch dated 27.08.2018 to this order.
