There is no representation for the petitioner.
2. The present writ petition is filed seeking a direction to continue the petitioner up to 30.06.2014 as the age of superannuation as per the date of birth mentioned in the Transfer Certificate.
3. No interim order was granted by this Court and the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation long back.
4. With these observations, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
