ORDER:
1. The present Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the Docket Order dated 19.09.2018 passed in E.A.No.282 of 2018 in E.P.No.84 of 2016 in O.S.No.402 of 2014 by the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Narasaraopet, Guntur District.
2. As per the case status in e-Courts (CIS) furnished by the District Judiciary vide letter in Dis.No.6924/2024, dated 21.12.2024, the E.P.No.84 of 2016 was closed on 02.11.2020 as the J.Dr. filed C.R.P.No.5829 of 2018 before this Court, wherein this Court granted stay of confirmation of Sale vide orders dated 26.10.2018. As the C.R.P.No.5829 of 2018 has been disposed of by this Court vide orders dated 14.10.2020 and no claim petition or other proceedings under O-21 R-89, 90, 91 are pending, hence, the sale is confirmed. Sale Certificate was directed to be issued on payment of requisite stamp duty. In view of the same, no orders are required to be passed in this Revision.
3. The Civil Revision Petition is therefore dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
