ORDER:
WRIT PETITION NO.31162 OF 2021
When the matter is taken up for hearing it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petition has filed a representation dated 01.09.2021, to the District Collector, Chittoor District/ 2[nd]respondent for redressal of his grievance but the 2[nd]respondent herein has not taken any action on the said representation.
2. On the other hand learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that if any representation is pending for consideration before the 2[nd] respondent/District Collector, and the same will be considered by taking appropriate action. 3. Recording the said submissions, without going into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing the 2[nd]respondent/District Collector to consider the representation dated 01.09.2021, of the petition and take appropriate action strictly in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
With the above direction, writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
