CIVIL REVISION PETITION Nos.622 AND 623 OF 2019COMMON ORDER: - These civil revision petitions are filed against the orders passed in I.A.Nos.219 and 218 of 2017 in O.S.No.75 of 2016 on the file of Junior Civil Judge, Narasannapeta, dated 22.02.2019, respectively.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel for the respondents.

3. The petitioners herein are the respondents in the IAs and the plaintiffs in the suit before the court below. The respondents herein are the petitioners in the IAs and the defendants in the suit before the court below.

4. The counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners initiated action in O.S.No.75 of 2016 on the file of Junior Civil Judge, Narsannapeta, seeking for grant of injunction against the official respondents, who are arrayed as defendants in the suit. An ex parte decree came to be passed by the court below on 28.08.2017. Thereafter, the respondents filed the above said IA to set aside the said ex parte order without filing any delay petition.

5. But on perusal of the material available on record and hearing both the parties, the court below allowed the said IAs on merits holding that the same were filed within the limitation. This court finds no infirmity in the orders passed by the court below.

6.

6. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petitions are dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
