ORDER :
The instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 has been filed, by the Petitioners/Accused Nos.5 and 6, seeking quashment of the proceedings against them in C.C.No.540 of 2020 on the file of the Court of Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Giddalur.
2. Learned counsel for the Petitioners, would submit that no further orders are required in this matter, since the matter was settled before the Lok-Adalat on 11.02.2023 and the petition may be disposed of.
3. Ms.K.Priyanka Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State/Respondent No.1 is in attendance.
4. In that view, the Criminal Petition is dismissed since the relief has become infructuous.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
