Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased tomay be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS to declare the action of the respondents 3 to 5, not allowing the petitioner in respective his duties, where the petitioner is working as a field assistant in Mandalapalli Gram Panchayath, Gorantia Mandal, Sri Satya Sai District, without issuing any termination from service or any shov,/ cause, and also the respondents are not paid salary to the petitioner, which is highly illegal, arbitrary without following due process of law and in violation to the principles of natural justice and consequently to direct the respondents not to prevent the petitioner from his duties and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2024
