ORDER:
1. The present Civil Revision Petition is filed questioning the order dated 17.06.2022 passed in E.A.(SR) No.1890 of 2022 in E.P.No.34 of 2020 in O.S.No.439 of 2018 by the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Tenali.
2. As per the case status in e-Courts (CIS) furnished by the District Judiciary vide letter in Dis.No.6924/2024, dated 21.12.2024, the E.P.No.34 of 2020 was terminated after issuance of sale certificate in favour of auction purchaser on 19.11.2022. In view of the same, no orders are required to be passed in this Revision.
3. The Civil Revision Petition is therefore dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
