COMMON ORDER:
1. C.R.P.Nos.2555 & 2199 of 2023 are filed questioning the Orders dated 17.08.2023 passed in I.A.Nos.437 & 436 of 2023 respectively in O.S.No.28 of 2016 by the Additional Senior Civil Judge, Narasaraopet, Guntur District.
2. As per the case status in e-Courts (CIS) furnished by the District Judiciary vide letter in Dis.No.6924/2024, dated 21.12.2024, the suit O.S.No.28 of 2016 was dismissed without costs on 01.07.2024. In view of the same, no orders are required to be passed in these Revisions.
3. The Civil Revision Petitions are therefore dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, pending applications, if any, shall stand closed.
